How to Make a Complaint

You can contact us directly using the following methods and relative departments.
Please include:
Your name and contact details.
A brief description of the issue.
Any relevant order or reference numbers.
What outcome you’re seeking.

What Happens Next.

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
A member of our team will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
If further time is needed, we’ll keep you informed throughout.

Escalation.

If you’re not satisfied with the initial response, your complaint can be escalated to a senior manager. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
