COVID-19 (Coronavirus): Visitor Policy

Updated: 23rd March, 2020.
In response to the global coronavirus outbreak, AM Warkup Ltd has implemented a strict visitor policy to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our workforce and their families. In our ongoing efforts to keep staff and visitors safe, we would like to reassure our customers that our plan is to continue to operate as much of our services as normal, within the restrictions and advice provided by the government.
Our staff
Due to advice from the government, all our members of staff are now working from home, our IT systems and software allow us to be able to do this safely.
All our staff have the technology they need to fulfil their roles, and to still provide the highest level of service to our customers during this period.
Visitors
For the foreseeable future, visits to our offices won’t be going ahead due to the government lockdown. However in the need for supplies, we will be taking orders via telephone, email and will leave all goods outside our offices for collection at agreed times and dates with our customers.
You must take care:
The government lockdown and social distancing measures are steps you can take to reduce the social interaction between people. This will help reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19).
They are:
STAY AT HOME– only leave your house unless this is absolutely essential- e.g you require food or your work cannot be done at home and is deemed safe to do so.
One trip out per day to allow you to exercise, this should be alone or with a member from your household.
Avoid contact with someone who is displaying symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). These symptoms include high temperature and/or new and continuous cough.
Avoid non-essential use of public transport unless you are a key worker, varying your travel times to avoid rush hour, when possible.
Avoid large gatherings, and gatherings in smaller public spaces.
Avoid gatherings with friends and family. Keep in touch using remote technology such as phone, internet, and social media.
Use telephone or online services to contact your GP or other essential services

Stay safe.
Best Regards

The AM Warkup Ltd Team.
